• Installation Notes: Right and left hand orientation referred to in these instructions is determined as if facing forward from the operator station.

Remove the belt and pulley cover by removing the five 5/16” bolts and washers (A).

Remove the sprocket cover by removing the two 3/8” carriage bolts and nuts (B).

Loosen the two set screws (C) in the left shaft free wheel bushing using a 3mm hex key.

Loosen the two set screws (D) in the left outer flange bearing using a 1/8” hex key.

Loosen the two set screws (E) from the left axle shaft coupler using a 5/32” hex key.

Slide the axle shaft coupler onto the half shaft as shown below and remove the key (F).

Slide the axle half shaft (G) through the flange bearing to allow the belt to pass between the axles.

Remove the belt from the pulleys between the axles.

Install the new belt by routing it between the axles.

Install the belt over the pulleys as shown.

Slide the axle half shaft so that it is touching the main axle with the keyways aligned.

Place the key (H) in the keyway across both axle shafts as shown.

Slide the axle shaft coupler over both axles aligning the set screws with the key.

Tighten the two set screws (I) using a 5/32” hex key.

Tighten the two set screws (J) in the left outer flange bearing using a 1/8” hex key.

Tighten the two set screws (K) in the left free wheel bushing using a 3mm hex key.

Install the sprocket cover. Secure the sprocket cover in place with two 3/8” carriage bolts and locking flange nuts. Torque the nuts to 31 ft-lbs (42 Nm).

Install the belt and pulley cover using the five 5/16” bolts and washers (L). Torque the bolts to 210 in-lbs (24Nm).
