The manual plastic/biodegradable mulch unroller is a tool to facilitate and improve the speed of mulch laying operations on the ground.

Fully adjustable, this unroller can accommodate rolls with a width of 90cm to 160cm . This tool is used by two operators pulling the unroller. The moldboard at the front of the tool is used to open the soil and dig a furrow, the mulch roll is thus unrolled, pressed and stretched at the bottom of the furrow using the wheels. The parabolic discs placed at the rear of the machine are used to bring the soil back to the edges of the tarpaulin.

The drip spool holder unrolls the hose as the mulch sheet is laid. This tool is ideal for greenhouse or open field work.

Allows you to attach an irrigation reel. The irrigation pipe is thus unrolled under the plastic mulch sheet and allows the plastic to be laid and the irrigation to be installed in a single pass.

Transport Wheel

The handling wheel for the manual mulch spreader allows you to facilitate your transport operations and maneuvers at the end of the field.

Indeed, during mulch unrolling operations, using the machine is not difficult because the roller is in contact with the ground. On the other hand, maneuvers at the end of the plot can be more restrictive when the mulch roller is new because the total weight (machine + roller) is significant.
