The Terrateck precision thermal weeder allows weeding using an open flame to eliminate weeds without resorting to chemicals.

Terrateck has developed a chassis assembly allowing you to work precisely in the inter-rows without burning the crop in place. Equipped with two adjustable discs (from 125mm to 350mm) by butterfly screw , you can perfectly adjust the working width to the nearest cm to be in line with your inter-rows.

The thermal weeder has a trigger to activate the "booster" during weeding operations and to leave the weeder on standby while moving from one bed to another.

It is generally used with a 5kg bottle in a backpack or with a 13kg bottle on a trolley.

We recommend using propane gas which will be more effective in temperatures below 41 degrees F.

The Terrateck gas bottle backpack was designed to support producers in thermal weeding operations on market garden beds. It allows round or square bottles to be carried on the user's back in an ergonomic and practical way.

Unlike many carrying racks that incorporate a metal structure, this backpack is essentially designed in ultra-resistant fabric providing lightness and a good cover for the gas bottle.

The gas bottle is strapped into its housing and can be changed in less than 3 minutes.
